Cat breeder

Have been a regular client here. The staff here are exceptional and wonderful but I'm leaving a 1 star review because of the owner of the business.Summary- dogs have always enjoyed their stay- staff are friendly and remember the names of my dogs by heart- owner is inflexible and unprofessional- was told over the phone by the owner that pet records are not kept- was told over the phone by the owner that only paper forms are used and that they are not kept- was told that they do not do digital forms and pet taxi/drop off services are not allowed even when I've spent thousands of dollars with them over the last two yearsAs a client, after this conversation this morning, they're not having any of my business. I feel sad for the staff there, but the owner really has to pull up his socks. Just because you have a big kennel doesn't mean you can have customer service that is below par. Shame on you.Unless you're desperate and have to put your pets here, your money is better spent elsewhere.**Cannot respond to the owner so I'm adding additional comments in this review.Forms can be filled online with photographic proof attached to confirm vaccination statuses. Saying that you only do hard-copies just affirms the lack of flexibility when I had suggested that all that could be emailed to you.Once again... spend your money elsewhere.

I was hesitant about leaving my dog Koda in a kennel but after picking him up it was clear that he was well looked after and cared for. I appreciate that the staff took care to make sure he was okay. Would recommend

Thank you for being so careful of my new rescue dog - she ended up being very happy in day care. There was a lot of attention to her needs as well as behaviour. I'm super impressed. Thank you Emma.

Writing this on behalf of Patch as phone keypads aren't designed for paws---I love going to Perth Pet Club. As soon as I hear the name I get excited. I love it so much I have also memorised the way there, getting more excited the closer we get. I do have a complaint though---my owner tends to take too long getting me out of the car on arrival. She will need to work on that. The staff are wonderful servants to me and all the friends I have made at PPC. And they post photos of our wonderful play to help our home servants not miss us too much. Good that they do as we don't even think about them until they pick us up--but we don't tell them that as we don't want to hurt their feelings. Love you PPC and I look forward to my next play day.

Koa the Vizsla goes to Perth Pet Club twice a week for daycare and she absolutely loves it! Thank you for always taking such great care of my crazy chaotic fur baby!!!

We've been taking Daisy here for both day care (twice a week) and for overnight boarding for two years - we love it and most importantly so does Daisy !!!!
